Domain expiry via RDAP

A forgotten domain renewal is an outage that looks like a hack. We watch public expiry dates when RDAP provides them.

Domain expiry monitoring is classic agency hygiene — registries vary in RDAP completeness.

What CrowWake checks

RDAP lookup (rdap.org) for an expiration event. Warn under 30 days; fail if already expired.

Why it matters

Registrar emails get filtered. A rooster in the dashboard is cheaper than a brand ransom.

If CrowWake crows

Renew at the registrar. If RDAP is unknown, verify expiry manually — not all TLDs expose it cleanly.

Watch this on CrowWake

Add the domain, leave the boxes checked, and the flock will crow when this drifts.
