CrowWake is built to store as little as possible.

What we store

• Your email (sign-in and optional alerts)
• Domains you ask us to monitor and which checks are enabled
• Check results and alert history needed to run the service
• Optional ntfy topic if you enable push
• Billing identifiers only if you purchase paid domain slots (via Polar)

What we do not store

• Passwords (we use a one-time 6-digit email code; we store only a hash)
• Names, addresses, or phone numbers for the free product

Cookies

Essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Google Analytics (GA4) uses Consent Mode v2: storage stays denied until you tap Accept. Decline keeps it denied. We store the choice in cw_consent (all or necessary).

Your rights (GDPR)

Export or delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion removes your domains and related results.
