CrowWake is built to store as little as possible.

What we store

• Your email (sign-in and optional alerts)
• Domains you ask us to monitor and which checks are enabled
• Check results and alert history needed to run the service
• Optional ntfy topic if you enable push
• Billing identifiers only if you purchase paid domain slots (via Polar)

What we do not store

• Passwords (we use one-time email codes)
• Names, addresses, or phone numbers for the free product

Essential session cookie to keep you signed in. Analytics only with your consent.

Your rights (GDPR)

Export or delete your account from the dashboard. Deletion removes your domains and related results.
